Skirt Skirt's Guide Refined

Steps
        
  1. Find the vials and fill them up by completing the ritual.
        
  2. Find the hammer and axe parts to craft the axe in the Anvil building and use it to chop the white tree at PAP.
        
  3. With the pickaxe, mine the Ore Spots, then smelt the ore in the furnace.
        
  4. After smelting, go back to the Anvil building and craft the scythe part.
        
  5. Get the Golden Key and use it to unlock the Red Chest at spawn.
        
  6. Return to the Anvil building to craft the Scythe of Vitur.
        
  7. Lastly, interact with the Scythe of Vitur tables, and done! :peacefulbee:

There must be a third Axe Head location, or it was a glitch and didn't spawn. I've checked both mentioned spots, and I am still looking for it! Just in case I'm not the only one.
UPDATE: THE 3RD LOCATION FOR THE AXE HEAD IS IN A CLOSET BEHIND THE STAIRS IN THE HOUSE WITH POWER!

I found it! Ty for letting me know. I'll update the images. The 3rd spot is in the power building. Behind the wall underneath the stairs. Walk around it, its on the floor.

there's a 3rd pickaxe spot missing =/

Where at? I cant find the pickaxe anywhere.

Found it! Finally. It's leaning against the fence next to the large cage, up the stairs, when you're walking to PAP.
