Having this mod enabled slows my game down to a crawl due to a event issue I believe. I also noticed some glaring issues in the error log.

First is that the generation event literally seems to be just setup incorrectly? First there is no namespace declared in the event file so the event literally doesn't exist for the game you'd need to add namespace = aom_norse_artifact_generation above the event you have in the files.

Strangely enough you have the on_action referencing aom_artifact_generation which you didn't even name the event you named it aom_norse_artifact_generation in the files.

Also you need to give a number to a event so it would need to be something like aom_norse_artifact_generation.001 instead of just aom_norse_artifact_generation.

Also a load of modifier errors and files saved with incorrect encoding(Using UTF-8 instead of UTF-8 with BOM mainly)

Just fixing the issues with the on_action referencing a invalid event and the event itself not existing caused my game to instantly speed back up to normal speeds and caused the artifacts to actually spawn naturally without using the debug decision.

Thank you MrBlazzar. I'm new to modding so thanks for pointing all that out. I will work on getting that fixed asap. It might take a week just cause of irl things. Thanks again for the feedback.

This problem is very serious. I hope it can be fixed as soon as possible, otherwise it will affect the gaming experience.

@YelLoWyiN I have fixed this, by testing my mod for more than 50 in game years. Let me know if this happens again.
Unfortunately my problem still persists, the time is still very slow, maybe it's a mod conflict but I don't know how to solve it:steamsad:
I will also mention this happens to me and to fix it I have go into the mods files every update and either remove the aom_artifact_events.txt file or comment out that event (aom_norse_artifact_generation) since it's the old event that is still broken and for some reason having it in the files causes the game to run absolutely terrible.

@YelLoWyiN try going to steamfolder\steamapps\workshop\content\1158310\3481270592\events\artifacts on the drive you have CK3 installed on and deleting the aom_artifact_events.txt file and see if that fixes your issue it's how I fixed it for me.
