well corpses corpses in doll's room in the doll's bathroom maybe also vent system that was seen in the one of the episode's when uzi tried escape out doll's bathroom

i have one when i put in the murder drones npc in they do not move unless i get closer you might need to fix that

i think that might be cause there no "navigation" a.k.a nav-mesh/walkable path for NPC' to do actually walk on might need add next update that going take while giving each space on map walkable surface
