- 10% movement speed when deployed

fires three plasma bullets that have low spread the same speed as the direct hit only four bullets in the clip and 20% slower reload speed and lower falloff






and no random crits :D

just a cool reskin of the shotgun, u know, c.a.p.p.e.r is a pistol reskin, why not a shotgun reskin with it
