NPCs have weapons

I tried to issue a weapon to the NPC, but for some reason the "CW" weapon is not visible in the weapon selection list.
If you take another mod for example, then you can give it out there.

Maybe there is some kind of mod for "CW" through which you can issue weapons to NPCs?
