how to change scope zoom level?

What did i do wrong (maybe im just stupid)

double viewmodel

this bug happens when i use a viewbob addon, like Viewpunch Viewbob. it's basically 2 versions of the viewmodel: one of them is static, and the other one isn't. is there a way to fix this without disabling the viewbob addon?
