Yes, including the other fat cosmetics like the Opérateur Obèse, The Übermunch, The Soldier of Four Chin, The Heavy Hitter and some Fat Sniper cosmetic I know exists but forgot the name of.

No. By "we" you mean twitter and reddit TF2 "fans", who barely play the game and gladly accept slop that ♥♥♥♥♥ on the game's art style, because it's "funi" or "sily".
