OK so I have been trying this character and the one big standout thing right now to me is that FSpecial is a bit too overturned. I would recommend adding a significantly longer cooldown to it as right now you can just spam it and constantly hit your opponent from the other side of the stage while they aren't able to do anything about it. Elliana FSpecial would be a great reference for this kind of move.

Secondly even though they have a double jump speed stat in line with base cast it doesn't feel to me like it goes very high. Might not be too much of an issue though.

Thirdly for projectiles in general it's usually standard to have a 0.5 hitstun multiplier on them to make it easier.

A few other notes I can run through while I have Frame Data Woodcock open.

Last hit of Jab should have less base knockback and more knockback scaling. Same with Nair.

Not sure about using base cast effects as those can be capitalised on by base cast if they are in the match.

Overall a good effort for a first character, just that they could use an overall nerf especially with Fspecial which is particularly overtuned right now.

Happy they're in the game tbh, I was thinking of making them myself.
