I was giving my idea for the spitter remaster hahahaha sorry if it seemed weird...
here is my idea:

the spitter has her mouth melted by acid and that's why her mouth is injured and open with exposed flesh. you could expand this injury to other parts of her body like on the breasts, chest and belly
in these injuries you could place textures or models of remains of something the spitter ate or tried to eat like meat, remains of contraceptive pills etc...

that was what I wanted to give as an idea for you to improve the spitter since it seems you weren't happy with the final result...
