in the launchpad startup screen, could you go to the LaunchPad Configuration tab, turn on DebugMode, and restart the game. also could you grab the player log from
%localappdata%low\Rocketwerkz\rocketstation\Player.log
. it'll have more info about the startup which might help figuring this out

which is weird to me that it's apparently loading mods that are supposed to be disabled, so that might explain where the conflict truly is? So I guess it's my bad like I figured; I'll unsubscribe entirely from the mods that cropped up here & see what happens after that. They're not manually downloaded or anything so it's not just me forgetting I had files in there at least... unless, actually, could the old symlink needed for StationeersMods to recognize Workshop items be causing Launchpad to treat those as manually deployed or something? I didn't remove it when upgrading from StationeersMods to Launchpad because I didn't think it'd cause any problems, but I guess I've got some testing to do, lol.

Update: removed the symlink to the workshop files, and the mod loads fine now. So apparently the problem was in one of those (BepInEx-only?) mods getting loaded despite being disabled not being compatible or otherwise modifying something that this mod needed in order to function. I couldn't be more glad that you tipped me off about the player.log file or I'd've been scratching my head on what the heck was going wrong for days, lol. Thanks a ton for helping me out! I think I'll re-enable those mods (properly, this time) one by one to see which one causes this failure, if it can at least help you warn off other dummies like me not to use it at the same time.

Edit: oh, and if you want me to just delete the thread/comments at any point so people don't think my buggy mess was your fault, just say the word lol

Ah glad you figured it out. Nah its fine. Good to have a record so if other people run into the same issue they know the fix
