Hmm maybe disable minigun but add +50% damage delt?

I think disable mini gun +33% move boost +40% damage and can jump higher but not double

Valve no longer has Item Set effects (Except the purely cosmetic ones, and the one Scout and Pyro cosmetic sets) . Since this year's Scream Fortress will no longer have Halloween restricted items, This will probably have a purely cosmetic effect, or no effect at all. So don't get your hopes up about having this giving you a in-game advantage.

the hopes are mostly in getting the outfit. with effects or not, people will enjoy it.
