MCT Options Guide
Information about all the MCT options the mod provides.

General
General settings.
Debug Mode
Toggles debug mode.
Outputs debug messages into bjg_rr.txt in the games main directory.
Don't enable it unless you want worse performance, or really need it.


New Game
Settings used for new game setup.
Upgrade Buildings
Upgrades the buildings in the players capital settlement by one level, at game start.

Upgrade Faction Capitals
Upgrades settlements that are faction and province capitals or single region provinces to this tier at the start of the game, set 0 to disable.

Bonus Buildings
Number of military buildings the player gets as a bonus on game start.


Recruitment & Replenishment
Various options to customize the recruitment and replenishment features to your liking.
Auto Retrain
Automatically retrains all possible player units each turn, including garrison units.
Disable this if you want to manually retrain your units.

Auto Retrain Predication
When selecting an army, it shows which units will be retrained by auto retraining.
! The predictions are accurate only per army, multiple armies retraining in the same province will show wrong predictions since they all use the same unit pool !

New Replenishment System
Disables standard replenishment for all units except single entities like lords, heroes and monsters.
Requires retraining them to bring them back to full strength.

Replenishment Cap
Limits the health a unit can replenish per turn.
Vanilla is 50% of maximum health.
This setting balances the utility of single entities being able to replenish with the fact that they take multiple turns to get back to full strength and you can't replenish them.

Local Recruitment Slots
Increases the local recruitment slots for the player, to compensate for increased difficulty and losing global recruitment.

Recruitment Cost Reduction
Reduces the players recruitment cost, to compensate for increased difficulty and losing global recruitment.

Strict Retraining
Allows retraining only in settlements.
! This option is still unfinished, I am not sure what exactly to do with it, let me know if you have suggestions !

Character Retraining
Enable retraining for lords and heroes while in the army.
This option is wildly unbalanced, not recommended for a regular playthrough!


Unit Pools
Settings for unit pool maximum and gain per turn.
Unit Pool Max Tier X
Maximum number of units of this tier stored in the pool.
This number is multiplied by the amount of buildings providing recruitment for this unit.
Setting this to -1 will remove the cap.

Unit Pool Gain Tier X
Points gained towards the next recruitable unit of this tier every turn.
100 points = 1 full unit.
This number is multiplied by the amount of buildings providing recruitment for this unit.


Garrison
Garrison options
Enable Garrison Replenishment
Enables replenishment for garrison units, if this is disabled the only way to replenish garrisons is by automatic retraining.

Garrison Replenish Percent
Replenish garrison units by this amount every turn.
