I have a somehow good PC, but unfortunately the map runs bad for me. It runs on an average of 15ish FPS for 35max.

Are you just walking around the map like normal? If you noclip into the void, the map will render everything causing lots of lag. But walking around the map will only render things that you can see, thus not rendering the whole map.

Yep, I just walk + run. Nothing crazy. Did you setup some arealportal(s)? I guess so!

Yeah area portals are set up. It's weird because I'm getting over 100 FPS on both singleplayer and on my own server

I do admit that I have a lot of mods but, first time I have that performance on a HL2 typed map... I'll try to find a solution I guess

How many addons do you have installed cuh?

Might be my computer but I can not load into this game at all, last time it had closed steam entirely trying to get into the map.

I am writing this from my phone, I am pleased to tell you that I have successfully loaded into the game, however, when I try to tab off, my game processes a huge spike in lag and I can not use the steam overlay, I am just happy this map is working now.
