There may be mods that do custom spawning of enemies for whatever incidents they introduce, in which case this mod wouldn't take effect.
There may also be limited-use abilities used by raiders (which could be modded entities, mechanoids etc) that don't get refreshed properly (i.e. a real raider with 5 fake raiders would only use a doomsday rocket launcher once, instead of a total of 6 times as intended). I am still working on a solution there, since it also currently affects vanilla consumables, like rocket launchers. Psycasts and similar are also not implemented currently.
Neither issue should make the mod "incompatible" however. Just not quite working as well as it should, so no danger I can think of.
Overall? Should be pretty compatible with loads of mods and be very unlikely to cause errors.
