Possible Stats?
Since it's a hammer it'd be alot heavier then the sword and do more damage right?

Pros:
On kill, gain bloodlust.
Bloodlust increases the user's hp by 25 per kill (Maximum of 4)
30% more damage

Cons:
-25% Attack speed
-10% Moving speed
Does not increase speed after kills
-15 hp on user

I like the bloodlust stacks, but mabye the weapon would be more suited for Midieval mode. I think:
Pros:
+on kill, gain a stack of bloodlust
+each stack of bloodlust increased max health by 25, and increased resistance to meele by 10%, and all other damage types by 5%. (max of 4)
+25% damage
+37% increase meele range

Cons:
-25% attack speed
-10% movement speed
-15 max health on wearer
-no random crits

I like the stats but you might need an item to incrase your starting health or add a posotive health perk like 10% health incrase so you can actually get kills and gain bloodlust
I think that it should attack even slower ( due to the fact of the bloodlust) and that most people will be using it with the tide turner or the screen and the crits from them it should also not be able to deal random crits( because that would be to powerful) and you should be able to deal more damage to buildings with it as well and you take more damage from fire with it equiped

Defects: -50% attack speed, -25% movement speed, -25 hp. Bonuses:25% damage, bloodlust( but only four stacks)

this would make it moer suited to normal mode, instead of Midieval.

I believe the attack speed should be faster that what you suggest. I believe -15% attack speed
The blood lust is a good idea, but it needs to do more than just medieval. Like:

Pros: +20% damage to Buildings.
:Bloodlust. (For every kill with weapon, gives 25 health and gives a speed boost. Stackable up to 4 times.)
: On kill: Enemy head explodes. (Cause wouldnt hitting someone on the head do that?)

Cons: -25% attack speed.
- If enemy building is being sapped, Destroys sapper.

I took some peoples things and tryed to make best i could
Pros:Can destroy sappers on friendly building
+25 dmg
Cons:-25 vurnibility from fire
Also destroys enimies sappers

gr8 you combined the scotsman's skullcutter and eyelander

anyways, lemme take a crack at it

Pros:
on kill, gain Sw3g
Sw3g increases user's dankness by 69% (maximum of 420%)
+ 420% chance to get a quicksc0pe while in use
explodes upon impact

Cons:
-no random crits
-can only explode 69 times before you need to restock it
-is not in MW2 or any CoD games
+420% chance to get shrekd

seems pretty balanced to me now

On hit target "Flinches" or less accurate

25% less damage

on kill head of target is crushed into torso

25% slower charge speed

Bottle stats with eyelander stance

some new head gibs like the head gibs in fallout 3 whould be nice

the blood lust should also give more damage because 30% cant do much other than 2 shot medics

+20% fire resist
-10% slower movement speed
-40% slower melee
+Can charge up for more damadge
+Full weapon charge can do stun and 190 damage?
