1.0.1: Small addition and a small fix to the Otherworlds

New features:

If "icon" property is not defined on the Portal, the ID will be used to search to the image instead.

Fixes

Added a workaround for a minor Roost bug where the Portal was unable to draw multiple cards from the same deck.
