[VScript] Smoker Cloud Poison Damage + Manual Cloud Release Ability

Settings
CanStaggerOnRelease = 1

As soon as you manually release a smoke cloud, should nearby enemies be staggered once? (set to 0 to disable)

CanStaggerWhenClose = 0

Should enemies who are close to the cloud always be staggered away from it? (set to 1 to enable, might be overpowered)

PoisonDamage = 1

If enabled, a survivor inside a smoke cloud will have their health be rapidly turned into temporary health. (set to 0 to disable)

MoveSlowdown = 0

if set, survivors who are in smoke clouds will walk much slower. (set to 1 to enable)

DeathCloudOnly = 0

if set, the manual cloud release ability is disabled, but the smoke cloud that spawns when you die will still poison survivors, slow them down, etc. depending on what effects you have enabled.
