Suggested addition to stats
Make it so that if you reload when you only have one shot, you lose it (Like the Force 'a Nature)

2 rounds before a reload, 10 total carried, and a whole world of hurt on impact. No need to lose ammo on reload if shot count is already limited. Lastly, -5hp to the user if he doubletaps too quickly from a broken collarbone.

-15% damage +1 clip size +10% fire rate, if target survives a headshot apply a bleeding effect

it's funny, though it's +10% damage it should actually be 165 not 160
150 / 10 = 15, 150 + 15 = 165
anyway, this thing seems really OP right now. being able to instantly kill a heavy is a lot, even if it's at the top of a skill ceiling.
