She should go to the house you sent her to. If she's not there check dragonsreach, if she's not there, spawn her in trough console commands. Or teleport to her you can find the commands for it on the internet. This really is a bug with skyrim and not this specific follower, the marriage system can be quite buggy to begin with in the base skyrim game.

This reminds me of when i married lydia and she then ended up dead right after the marriage ended for no apparent reason. That was the day i lost my most precious packmule. :( ...Wait theres Uthgerd! Im comming for you my new lovely packmule!

you go to the tempal of mira in riftan ask the guy that looks like a mage in the bee and barb or he is in the tempal just ask about getting marryed and you should go on from there.

i found a soloution if anyone needs one. just get someone else to follow you and she will magicly apear at dragonreach again.

You can do this, but followers in skyrim are in general a bit buggy, whatever makes her dissapear it is not on my end. Back when I played the vanilla game Lydia would dissappear all the time.
