Config stays on bot deathmatch?

If I run training center and go to offline with bot-deathmatch, I can only choose CT and there are 3bots on T side. Also impact dots are shown in bot deathmatch exactly how I was playing on training center. If I restart the csgo and don't run training center before bot-deathmatch, everything is fine. Any idea?
