Honestly, I would want to see smaller fire rate, but higher accuracy.

-20% firiing speed
nah a peace keeper( mini gun) should do this ( 40% slower fireing rate 30% more damage 25% more accurate 25% less ammo 40% slower weapon switch and you are 40% slower while it is spun up and ( since of the higher damage) when charged with crits it will only mini crit and can't deal random crits it also reduces your health by 40 health
noway 20% faster firing rate 10% more damage 5%more accurate 20% more ammo

Your almost right but I'd take out the 40 health, the weapon switch, and no crits. Every weapon in the game has an way to crit, whether its based off another item or not is completely irrelevant.

Pro:
+25% Damage
+50% Accuracy
+Increase Fire Rate ( Max +75% ( In Combination with the -25% its only +50% ) while Spinning or Shooting but Decrease Accuracy ( Max -75% ( In Combination with the +50% its only -25% )
( Increase/Decrease Fire Rate/Accuracy by 1% per 0,5sec Spinning and per every Shot ( When You Shot it also count as Spinning ( The Spin-Up didnt Count )
Cons:
-25% Magazin Size
-25% Fire Rate
-No Random Crits

To keep peace you need to keep people away so.

-25% max primary ammo on wearer.
-10% fire speed

+5% damage bonus
On hit: Builds Knockback Rage.
On full rage: Special attack key to activate. Knocksback all players and intercepts rockets.

+ 90% crit resistant
+ Every kill increases firing speed, movement speed, and capacity by 25%
+ Pressing "reload" places a level 3 sentry where you are standing
+ All item drops are replaced by Mann Co. keys
+ All hats become unusual

- no random crits

Maybe

+20% faster Fire speed
+30% Explosive resistance
+10% Movement speed (because it's small)
-30% bullet ressitance
-70% mag size(Because it's small)

As an offensive weapon for taking out nests


+25% Damage on buildings
-10% Spin up time
+20% faster movement speed while spun up
+25% ammunition picked up
sentry guns will take an extra 0.5s to notice you

-10% Fire speed (less barrels)
-25% total ammunition
no random critical hits
melee does -20% damage to enemies
take +5% knockback
-25% max health

(!) 50% chance to gib enemies upon kill

hrm...

Pros:
+can deflect explosives
+anywhere between 25% to 75% damage vs. sentries depending on the sentry's upgrade level
+75% ammo (that's 350 bullets)
+20% drawing speed (makes the weapon start firing faster)
+5 seconds of crits on sentry kill
+increase crit chance on sentry kill

Cons:
-50% damage vs. any other building
-45% damage vs. players
-30% accuracy (due to shorter barrel)
-50% firing speed (due to there being half the barrels as the regular minigun)
-no random critical hits until first sentry kill

balanced it to make worthwhile during a push against a sentry nest, however, since it is called the peacekeeper, I decided that since the other buildings are more passive than the sentry, i lowered the damage vs. any other building.

I was only kidding about those stats. I would like something like this:

PROS:
-Deals decent knockback
-While equipped, user takes -75% Knockback.

CONS:
-25% Ammo Capacity
