While the main focus of this mod was utilizing vanilla content, there are a couple of mods that will have interactions with this one. You can view the full list below:

-Lava Power you should be able to place the lava generator(s) on top of the new reinforced bridge if you build it over lava.
-Vanilla Pirates Expanded there is a low chance that warcaskets will appear in Starway's raiding forces
-Carrying Capacity Genes (Requires biotech) The xenotype added by this mod will have a carrying capacity gene.
-Jaguar and Snow Leopard Xenotypes (Requires biotech) Starway will recruit uncia to their faction.
