Perfect Parking achievement wouldn't work for Jalopy

I spawned a Jalopy outside of the garage, then I parked it inside of it, but the achievement didn't unlock. I recorded a video of the bug here: https://youtu.be/uvak9TXeL34 I didn't show it, but I can win the achievement by parking a Jeep.
