I'm on the dev's server. Plans to let people add custom dances to ActMod is a planned feature for the next update. No word on when it will be releasing though.

It should be noted, however, that it won't directly make mods compatible. It is up to the developers of further animation to include the correct scripts to make sure the addons work together, which said developer, Ahmed, plans on making accessible to anyone who wants it.

At least as far as I know. His English isn't great.
