How is progenitor armor unlocked if it can be used?

Progenitor tech is not currently in the game. We're working on it. (Or so 'we' keep convincing ourselves... :o)

Our mod development go in bursts , its very hard to keep the motivation for constant developing.

That being said, some of us are still waiting for the last burst to go live. >.<

(No, that does not necessarily mean the next burst is going to come after that... :o)
