Trying to get the server working, HELP

I followed the instructions, but the i can't seem to get it to work. I my client connect then disconnect instantly in the server cmd. In the client it says wrong version. Not sure what i am doing wrong. I have the latest subed client. The server is 1.5.5.0.

Any help would help

The server version is 1.6.0.0 if i remember well.
