So i tried hosting myself and the mod works fine. But i found out that after you created a world and then disabled the mod and jump back in the tough stones dissapeared. After i turn it back on its still gone but if i spawned tungsten ore i can still craft the tungsten items. don't know if this is a bug, just want people to know this if they happen to forgot and disabled the mod.

I know, i don't know how to fix this however... If you save the world without the mod, all mod items will disappear, because the game doesn't know what items they are. This is the same for every mod that adds content however, like the fishfarm etc.
If you save, open without mod and save again, the additional items will be gone

Mr. Gentleman, can't you save a list of custom items location everytime the game saves and then restore it after enabling the mod? "Just an Idea, don't know if it's possible"

Theoretically that would be possible. There are still problems with items in chests or inventorys however, since there don't have a fixed location in the world but are referenced by the player/chest that contains them.
Also: What if you build a structure where toughstone used to be and then enable the mod?
But as any other mods that add new items don't save items when loading the modded world without the mod, I'm don't really consider this a huge problem.
Look at Minecraft for instance: If you load and save a modded world without the mods, the game either crashes or deletes the modded items. It's the very same "problem"

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but there is no texture for the potatoe recipe when it is finished in the crock pot. We really enjoy the mod!

yes. I'm still trying to fix this bug. Same with the potions. There once was a Crockpot fix for DS, but it doesn't seem to work for DST. Also the Potato doesn't get displayed when growing it on farm plots. Doesn't seem unnatural though, since the potato normally grows under the ground, but it's not working as I planned it.
Be assured that I'm working on this problem.

It was just me (the host) but the spear seemed to only do 1 damage agaist mobs. is this a bug or something wrong with me?

Wow, this shouldn't happen. The Spear damage is set to a fixed ammount... Have you been using other mods while this happened?

Something in this mod is causing people on our server to crash after someone makes or goes near a crock pot. doesn't affect host.

woot? "Not enough memory"? WTF happened there?
Uh, i don't know if your PC is actually low on RAM or if there's a infinite recursion going on. I hope not. The thing is, before Klei's DST update everything went fine and now error reports are flooding in. But actually, since it says:
[00:00:26]: DoLuaFile Error: not enough memory
[00:00:26]: not enough memory
it could be a problem with insufficient RAM.
This happened actually not on Worldgeneration, but right after Worldgeneration:
[00:00:24]: WorldSim::SimThread::SimThread() complete
[00:00:24]: THREAD - started 'WorldSim' (197088)
Also the mod seemed to load fine...
[00:00:24]: ModIndex: Load sequence finished successfully.
I really don't know what happened there, there might be an infinite recursion somewhere, or maybe you're just getting low on RAM

Hey mate, this one defies logic but check it out! XD
You have subscribed to Pond Manager, I take it? Even when disabled, that mod still causes world generation to fail. *mind blown*
Ysovuka 25 Jan, 2015 @ 7:51pm
@Outseeker,

At the time I was not subscribed to Pond Manager. However, I was able to get it fixed by unsubscribing and resubscribing to this mod.

@Ysovuka, thanks for letting us know this solution to your problem! Goodness knows why exactly that fixed it hehe hopefully mod support will get a bit more robust as we move forward :)
