Pros :
-Uber for everyone on your team
-100% damage resistance from all sources
-100% increased movement speed for everyone around you
-Infite ammo

Cons:
-No random critical hits

So what do you guys think? Yay or nay?

A little more work with the damage would be nice, but other than that it seems pretty balanced.

new stats:
pros:
-100% damage from everything
+invincibility
+9001% damage to everyting
+always crits no matter what
+you cant get backstabbed
+no spy can kill you
+you reflect everything
cons:
-1 nanosecond of afterburn
