Hi, for some reason battles won't start for me. Historical battles work but custom & campaign battles don't work

currently running only 3 submods - all diplomatic options, no happiness penalty, & graphical mod, all DEI submods.

I've tried everything in the guide listed and there was a mention on the new windows 11 update messing with the game, but any help would be appreciated
