All except Empire Divided.

Wrath of Sparta is turned into Macedonian Wars.

The most work was put into Grand Campaign and Rise of the Republic; Caesar in Gaul is getting more stuff in upcoming patch. Alex and Mithridates are our own campaigns.

Yes but it does not have extra building slots and Wonders like in Grand Campaign.
Maybe it will get it in future but its quite massive work, if we would get to that, probably some new factions would show up like Yuezhi.
