recruitment issue

playing a imperator Augustus campaign and i am trying to recruit some cohors Aquliae but they do not appear from the recruitment tab if I already have one in an army. is that a glitch or a recruitment buffer from having to many of them? thanks (also I cant spell lol)

You can have only 1 per army.
