Returning the Documents Mission -- Bugs?

I just want to report a seeming bug of the Soviet Returning the Documents mission. When the first wave of guards troop reinforcements come in, they look horrible, not like humans. I don't know if this issue is on my end only but I am attaching a screenshot to illustrate my case more clearly:
