Where does this mod download its files?

I've looked in steamapps>common>EUIV>mod, and just about everywhere else in the EU IV folder, and can't find it. I'm asking because I'm looking for the music.

It should be in Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis 4/mod.
