Yotvings state missing from Realm Management.
The state of Yotvings doesn't show up in realm management, so there is no way to alter any of the VeF controlled policies for Brest-Litowsk, Garten and Podlesch.

If the entire state is controlled by an estate, it won't show up in realm management. Remove the estate from all the provinces and it will show up.

No, he is correct that it is missing from RM event list it appears. Will get it fixed.
