Latin Empire
What are thier ideas? I'm trying to decide if I should reform athens to the latin Empire, but I have no idea what thier ideas are.

Traditions: +15% Cavalry combat ability −1% Prestige decay
Crusader Tradition: +0.5 Yearly army tradition
The Knights of Christ: +1% Missionary strength
Byzantine Bureaucracy: Points to gain stability -5.0% Advisor cost -10.0%
Support Latin Trade: +10% Trade efficiency +10% Global trade power
Greek Scholars: Idea Cost -5.0% +10% Institution spread
Crusade For Anatolia +10% Morale of armies +5% Discipline
The Latin Emperor: +1 Yearly legitimacy
Ambition: Culture Spread Time -10.0%
