Directions to re-enable 3 features
Good day! I was hoping somebody could point me as to how to re-enable manual coring (ignoring the insufficient penalty), manual culture spread, and manual development of provinces. I'm not asking to disable the background stuff, just want to have the option to do the aforementioned manually as well.

Been trying to study the files but I have no clue at this point.

open console:
add_core [province_id]
province id can be found with the command debug_mode in the tooltipp of the political mapmode
culture [province_id]
as an alternative
