All territorial cores give +25 unrest after update. Working as intended?
I'm not sure if my savegame got broken by the update. As the title says +25 unrest in almost all of my conquered provinces has made my country about to implode. Which was not happening at all when I played before the patch.

I checked the AI and there is no territory core +25 unrest modifier for any of their provinces.

A little confused to say the least.

It's not broken; it's because of the way territorial cores are used to allow states everywhere that it avoids the separatism unrest if you don't state the province so this makes up for that. Reason AI doesn't have it is that the AI will always state the provinces right away.

This completely breaks trade companies though, which is a problem I've had in my game.

Fixed the trade company issue in version we're about to release. Making a trade company province should make it a core; if you remove it from the trade company the core goes away again. That addresses the unrest.
