Method for remembering to core

Anyone have a way that they use to remember to core properly? The core notification at the top will obviously show all the time, even if the province isn't yet able to be cored.

As of now, I just check yearly to see if my newest conquests are finally core-able, but it's inefficient and annoying. Anyone have a better idea?
