Exploration?
I am probably missing something obvious, but it says admin 22 to unlock or maybe it is 22 diplo. Eitherway I got 23+ in both and no exploration idea, I also do not have expansion or cultural unity. What am I missing to be able to get exploration ideas as England?

Would appreciate the help! Loving the mod regardless hehe

Looking around at the timestamps, I notice that besides Portugal and Spain, the other countries can't choose exploration until after age of discovery, is that what is blocking me maybe?

Found the answer in another thread, so consider this closed. Answer is tech lvl 30 for diplomacy.
