How do I core when I conquer provinces. Do I have to wait until separatism goes away fully?

In my opinion, vassal -> keep government under control of vassal -> annex vassal, or size province of vassal to get the core.

If you want to core non culture, you need to wait seperatism, and than you need to wait, until culture switch to you.

So I think, annexing and seizing from vassals goes fast for expansion.
