Yazd is not zoroastrian like in vanilla eu4, so I suppose this is handled by some event. Could someone tell me, what triggers it? I tried reading event files, but they are pretty clustered and hard to read. Also, wiki says "Availability: Through decision for human controlled Sunni Persia", which I find quite counter-intuitive because region is 100% shia.
