What nations do you suggest to play with? :)
The strongest country of the Holy Roman Empire at the moment, but lesser partner in Personal Union with Luxembourg.
The rise of Bohemia depends on when current HRE's emperor dies and you able to break the chains. While you're under PU, you can invade Silezia by event, what starts first in 1315. If Brandenburg took Legnica, you can return your Luzice cores from them too. Or if Lux is in war with Branden he might return to you cores too.
Once you're free you can try to become HRE emperor, but you have to stop expanding in HRE to don't hurt relation with electors. On other side you can Personal Union with Poland, CB left after break with Luxembourg. You have enough strenght army to force the union on Poland.
Also, while you are under LUX use benefits to forge your country to be strong. Safe money to construct buildings, expand in Silezia, claim everything around and count that Luxembourg will war with your claimed land owners. Or ruin LUX plans to conquer the world when you don't support them in war, heh.
P.S. Usually, when I'm playing for Bohemia I'm trying to take all Slavic lands in HRE until Lubeck and Bamberg then leave them to fight each other and try to unite Slavic lands on East. Ally Muscovy and Bulgaria and split East Europe between them. Once as its done I start to expand in Scandinavia, Italia, Turkey, France, Palestina.
