Are there cheats to modify your mod? I mean very straight forward cheats like: Set Bureaucracy to a value and stuff like it. I always felt that cheats are a very important part of eu4, because it lets you decide which features of the game you want to use, and which ones you can ignore, without having to mod anything. I love your mod, but the expansion limitation is bothering me. So instead of you changing something to satisfy me (and propably others) you could just provide cheats, so i can do it myself.
