Okay, lets get some stats in..

+ Scare The ♥♥♥♥ Out Of Scout.
+ Kill Gives You Soul's Powers.
+ Soldier Will Be Your Friend.

- Lose Scout's Mom.
- Your Dead.
- Neutral, Everyone Is Your Enemy.

No. these are good stats
+ all of the mentioned ones mentioned by Shoblade.

-every time He-man soldier hits you with his shovel of power you lose 10% of your speed, and when you reach 0 speed a single hit from his shovel of power kills you.

+100% construction rate
+ backstabs have 3 times the health and infinite range
+ third hit always crits
+ taunt kills
