While offline doesn't work properly
When I was offline, I tried to connect from console but it only opens comp with 3 the with pistols. Any suggestions?

Have you added the "custom" after the map name?
So foe example: "map aimtraindriving custom"
This enables the custom game-settings and it should work^^
