Don't Starve Together

Wolf [DST]
Suggestions
Hi there. :3 Love the idea so I subbed and tried him out. Just a few things I'd love to see.

1. Color variations: gray, black, white and a mix of the 4 colors.
2. Might be too complicated to script, but it would be super awesome if he was down on all fours instead of upright, at the very least when walking.
3. Sanity loss is a big problem I'm noticing with him after under half an hour of playing as him. Raw meat drops his sanity, I didn't pay attention to if monster meat did or not. I couldn't find anything to track or dig up to raise his sanity, and because I was very early into the game I didn't have much to work with otherwise. Since wolves are carnivores who normally eat raw meat, I would expect raw meat would benefit them instead of harm and so I would hope you might consider changing this to instead not lose sanity and gain a little health. Monster meat could be loss of sanity if it isn't already, with maybe a small loss of health to sort of balance the improvements suggested to raw. Am not sure how the cooked variants effect him yet as I've not been able to try, but in my mind cooked meat might give him sanity (makes him feel more human to eat cooked meat, thus more sane, so makes sense), but otherwise no gain over raw meat so the only time you would cook it is when you need sanity. Would also hope meat-based recipes are edible, not sure yet because again I have not tried yet. If they are edible, then they too should give sanity and added hunger/health depending on the recipe.
Another possible solution to sanity loss is to not have so much drain during the night... Wolves are great night hunters, so it makes sense that they would be comfortable at night.
4. Wolves have claws and fangs, so would it be possible to add a basic attack that he can attack things with? Maybe to balance it, attacking with bare paws damages him a very small amount, which could also depend on the target (bigger/sturdier targets might hurt him more).
5. Sounds are a bit weird. Was hoping for some more howly or yip-like sounds.
6. He also can't eat ice apparently... That's a bit weird. I can see veggies and such, but ice isn't truly a food and is used to help cool down, so it would be extremely beneficial and not imbalanced to allow him to eat ice.

Possibly make the options I added configurable for those who might not like the idea.

Would be super awesome if you could also make a cat variation, like a leopard because they have many variations you could use for the skins (regular, black and snow). I'd be satisfied if it was exactly like the wolf, but with the suggestions above included, and the only thing you changed was the overall look and sounds.

Hi Kin, Wolf should not be losing sanity when eating raw or monster meat. Try disabling other mods and see if it still happens. He cannot walk on 4 legs I'm afraid due to animation limitations to the game. Some other suggestions I will consider, I need a bit more time on my hands to do an update. Thanks for writing!

A good suggeestion would be the ablitiy to eat the skeletons around the world (I don't know if this is even possible to code) but it would be fun in PVP to hunt people down not just for there items but for there skeletons too.
