As for stats, I think he should have his health buffed to 100 and maybe have his run speed lowered. Being able to move so fast he can kill rabbits with melee seems a bit too strong, while at the same time his health is a bit low for big encounters.
Great mod though, I love hearing music from the game whenever he talks!
There all suggestions implemented, besides the tail+cloak I tried for over a month trying to find a way to work it in but all my luck I couldn't. I also lowered the durability of the cloaks since their repairable.
The hat has function like an umbrella as far as I can tell, and his unique items are:

as for the talisman I think you mean the teleport I could always remove the sanity benefit, otherwise no other items give sanity. The satget doesn't give anymore sanity as well.
