The addon doesn't work anymore.
This addon causes most maps to fail to load, or at least I assume that this addon causes these issues.

Warning: Table decalprecache is full, can't add de_train/train_bombsite_arrow_01

Host_Error: CVEngineServer::PrecacheDecal: 'de_train/train_bombsite_arrow_01' overflow, too many decals

It's a limitation of the engine.
