Maybe they should call it Wattson's Zapper.
How about
+Use 10 of metal to destroy an enemy sapper
+Use 20 of metal heal an friendly sapper
+30 damange against enemy buildings
-Cant get metal from a dispenser when use it
-100 damange to players

The Zapping Shock

Pro:
+No Reload Needed
+On Hit: -5% on the Shock Meter
+Every Shot is 100% Accurate
Decrease Shock Meter by 30% Every 3 seconds not Shooting
Cons:
On Shot: Increase the Shock Meter by 10%
When Shock Meter is Full: Weapon is Deactivated for 6 seconds
-10% Damage
-25% Fire Rate

Maybe No Random Crit's or -10% Damage -> -20%

Pros:

Doesn't require reload.
+50% damage.
Can destroy enemy sappers.

Cons:
Uses metal for ammo.
Uses 5 ammo every shot.
-40% firing speed.

Pros:

+900% Fire rate (10x)
+900% Primary Ammo (60)
Infinate Secondary Ammo
Can Destroy Sappers (takes multiple hits)

Cons:

-93% damage against players
After destroying a sapper, the building the sapper was on will take 20 damage and be stunned for 2 seconds.
Weapon overheats if fired for 5 seconds. Overheat bar will diminish 30% per second not in use.

This weapon seems like a pistol version of a Quake like Railgun, so I'll just add my idea of the gun here

+Weapon fires particle beam (team colored) and cannot be deflected
+25% firing speed (Shoots slower than usual)
+Does not require ammo
+Beam can be charged for a longer lasting beam (Which does more damage duh)
-Overcharging results in a misfire (About 25 damage to user)
-No random Critz

That's my two cents :h
