These Factions are most probably the ones that likes to provoke
but ♥♥♥♥ happend to me that my relationship with my vassals keep decreasing on note "you get provoked by Manipur"

but the thing is when i checked it doesnt appeared on the faction menu or the faction relation status that i am being provoked "Casus Belli" FIX THIS ♥♥♥♥ PLEASE
